Elena Falcone really surprised me. Her smartness and love of science inspired me.
            A strong character who's confident and won't be walked on. Konstantin was different from all the other mafia men. The way he treats woman has my heart.
                    But don't get it twisted he is a sinful man.
The plot kept me on my feet. I had so many theories on what was going to happen next but nothing would prepare me for the end.

I loved seeing Elena and Konstantin's relationship grow it was full of angst. Elena is at Konstantin's mercy will she get the freedom she desires?

The mafia plot was well done. The women were a breathe of fresh air. This book was everything I have desired from a mafia book.

The dual point of view was done nicely. I loved Konstantin I was hurting for him in some parts. My favorite read of 2020.
